SASA Introductory Exam - 27 October 2023
The South African Sommeliers Association (SASA) is pleased to announce the upcoming SASA Introductory Sommelier Examination on October 27, 2023. This exam is ideal for any service professional looking to learn the basic skills of professional beverage service. Participants must have a basic knowledge of wine, South African wine regions, and wine service.

Cost: R500, for SASA members and R750 for non-SASA memebrs
